SortIQ is a sorting-line management system for sawmills. It runs the mill’s green sorting, dry sorting and planing lines from one interface: sorting programs and instructions are sent directly to the line’s PLC — Siemens S7-1500 over OPC UA — and alarms, machine status and production statistics stream back in real time.
